I will also make my first posting my favourite restaurant, La Vinateria del Call.

Although the clientele is mixed with locals and visitors, the experience is truly authentic. Miguel and his crew serve up high quality, straightforward tapas and a great wine list at reasonable prices in a rustic, friendly atmosphere.

Try the jamones y cecinas, the cheeses, the escalibada or the leeks with tuna.

Call ahead for a reservation, as they tend to fill up, especially on weekends.
